Maintain, troubleshoot and build our current and future site. YOU MUST BE THE BEST! We are not looking for average but above average that can tackle any challenging task that comes your way. This is a fun job and we are pleasant to work with. We just expect you to know more than we do so we are not teaching you. This will be a long term position with no end in sight. Crazy Odesk applications have hardened us a little to being more direct in our postings and demanding people to prove themselves upfront. In your response please prove to us why you are the best and what you have done. Please do not bluff by saying you are the best as we will quickly determine that.
