Greetings, I need a database that will allow users to digitally sign a tablet PC screen (or use a mouse) displaying one of several forms with a stylus to agree to terms of forms. Much like a delivery receipt. Each form must be saved in a searchable data format such as access or SQL. Once saved the data must NOT be able to be altered (it must be archived (PDF of signed form). There needs to be an import option for names and ID's of people signing the forms. It needs to be a PC application. There needs to be a licensing module to prevent piracy. Finally there needs to be reports to review the signed documents by record number, date, date range, and by form type. There needs to be a user management module with 2 groups of users Admins- Can Create new forms, copy old forms but not edit existing forms. Run reports of signed forms.
