Joomla Admin needed

I'm looking for an admin for my Joomla sites. Various jobs would be to make sure the sites are up to date with security, add-ons and to upload new graphics images which would be created by my graphics designer. A knowledge of Sobi2 is helpful. These sites are all geared towards consumers. We offer them a business directory, local news, gas prices etc. I need someone creative who can make suggestions on how to make the sites even better. This is a long-term project.
