Need to Subtitle a DVD
Dear candidate, We need to know if there is a software program to play both a DVD and a separate .srt file at the same time so there are subtitles that are in sync with the video. Specifically, we have a DVD that has no closed captions. We would like to make our own .srt file, and somehow be able to play the DVD and the .srt file at the same time so we have closed captions without ripping the DVD. It has to meet the following conditions: 1) We do not want to rip the DVD onto a harddrive. We have to play the video off of the DVD. 2) We have to be able to sync the subtitles with the video perfectly We are paying for information to help us find the software program we need.
