Need Help Fixing IE7 CSS Problem

I have a small problem with a drop down navigation menu that isn't displaying like it should in IE7 (IE8 Compatibility mode). The URL is http://familywellnesscntr . com/ , take a look at the 'clinic information' tab in the main navigation. The drop down appears behind the image slider and the background image doesn't display full width. Should be a quick easy job for a CSS expert. Also, if you can get this to work in IE6 without much hassle I will give you a bonus. You must troubleshoot the problem with the URL I provided above and email me the changes I must make in order to solve the problem. Thanks in advance.
