ProjectScope and Requirements: Key Functionality Required: •A client management system will be created enabling an admin to create, edit, manage and delete accounts and enable users to request or create accounts with a username and password. A Web site design will be created optimized for viewing on the top mobile phone platforms. A blog will be transferred already in WP.
