Dear bidders... Why I want a PayPal account? I can create one by myself, but the problem is that I live in Peru, and the peruvian accounts can't receive money, they only send money. I asked PayPal about this problem, but they don't have a solution yet. So evenwhile I want to receive money by PayPal with another account or other solution that CAN RECEIVE AND SEND MONEY BY PAYPAL. So, What's the work? The work is: - I need to send and receive money by PayPal. - I need a foreign bank account or debit card, (to affiliate this account with PayPal). - I need to test if the account works, between your Paypal account and my new one. (so YOU need a PayPal account), we'll test with $1, and we'll send the money as a *gift*, so you will not pay fees for these tests, if the solution requires a different way to test the system, there is no problem, but we have to test. *Also if I need physical documents, you have to send them to me (I will pay the shipping cost). Important information: - If PayPal starts accepting Peru as a complete payment solution, then I'll move the money to my peruvian account, and the old account will be deleted, the same with the bank account.
