Currently interviewing and hiring a lean team to take on contracts for creating organization websites. Have 3 websites I am currently building now and need to delegate work on. At first, work will be paid by the hour. Work will be requested as needed. More and more work will be requested as proficiency is demonsrated. Opporunity for steady part-time, pay by the job, and increased salaries will be made availabe for demonstrated efficiency and quality ouput. But until then, it will be hourly and as needed (and folks are needed now). CURRENTLY HIRING: 1 x Graphic Artist (urgently needed): must be proficient in creating logos and manipulating our stock of vector graphics (particularly people cartoon icons). Will be our resident photoshoper/vector graphics expert. Must have proficiency in photoshop CS4 or higher. The more graphic skills (Illustrator, other adobe suite products, etc)... the better. 1 x InDesigner: Will be producing interactive PDF/flash products with Adobe InDesign. Products include interactive visual displays. For the simple contracts, this will include at least one showcase dispaly on the client's default page. For complex websites, this will include beautiful and robust interactive visual displays on multiple pages (with pictures bars and video bars, etc). 1 x Web Developer: Must be proficient in HTML and XHTML, CSS, ASP.NET (basic functions on the design side and server side), and working with FTP. Later down I'll have work with SharePoint, but SharePoint experience is not required. What is required is knowing the programs and software that will enable the team to handover the new site so that we are free of ongoing web management/editing of the clients site. We build sites, we will not manage them, so we will have to prepare the clients for this, then do a smooth handover. WORK INCLUDES: -Quickly producing simple, standards compliant websites (custom/professional graphics and design, mostly static with just a few controls- i.e. contact forms). Will use mostly Photoshop CS4, Adobe InDesign CS4, and Microsoft Expression Web 3 (with basic asp.net controls). -Building complex, standards compliant dynamic web sites (with multiple controls and reports, ad rollovers, flash, beautiful interactive PDFs, pictures and videos, etc). Will use mostly Photoshop CS4, Adobe InDesign CS4, Microsoft Expression Web 3, Asp.net controls and reports, and later, SharePoint 2010). SharePoint experience is not required.
