Apache Web Redirect Assistance

Looking for someone to setup 301 redirects for about 160 pages on our public facing webserver. We are limited in capacity and need someone who can do this in a couple of days. Ideally, someone who has managed and administered apache web servers for a few years would know the best method (ie. mod-rewrite, etc.) to accomplish this. We need this project started within the next couple of days. Please inquire if you are currently available. Will supply spreadsheet with source, destination redirect links. Should be a quick assignment.
