We are a professional, permanent staffing and recruiting company and we looking for an energetic, fun and positive Recruiter Assistant / Researcher to successfully recruit for a variety of full time permanent positions. We focus in the internet marketing industry placing permanent salaried direct hires for our clients. This is a unique challenging position for a creative individual who also enjoys internet research, data mining, initial phone screening, and reference checks. This position may also be responsible for scheduling interviews, qualifying referrals, and updating weekly sales sheets. Candidates who have administrative or assistant level background in Human Resources, Marketing or Sales will be good fit for this position. Characteristics: • Internet Savvy – Strong Internet searching capabilities. • Data Mining/Analysis – Strong ability to mine and analyze recruiting data. • Multi-tasking – This is a time sensitive very fast paced job and you will be juggling many different tasks at the same time. • Data Entry – Ability to enter information accurately into database. • Extraverted – You must enjoy people because you will be interfacing with clients and candidates on a daily basis. • Self confidence – Is achieved through repeated success of knowing your strengths and weaknesses and capitalizing on them. RESPONSIBILITIES 1. Utilize various channels of candidate sourcing through internet job boards, referrals, and direct recruitment methods. 2. Will conduct and review Internet searches to source potential candidates, conduct database searches, input findings and track results. 3. Work with Windows, Office, and Internet Explorer and Online Databases DAILY Work with and directly assist Senior Recruiter on all levels of recruitment from beginning to end. 4. Qualify and pre-screen potential candidates via email or telephone for various high level positions over the phone thoroughly discussing qualifications, past work history and salary.
