Produce an handmade item - I need 8 super cute screen printed shirts with bling

I need 8 colored shirts with a screen printed design. I can do the design or you can if that is easier. The design with consist of a phrase and simple image/graphic. Print on shirt would be one color. I am thinking hot pink shirt with white text and graphic.I would also like "bling" or rhinestones added to the shirts for a little more "flash". Or if you have any other ideas for making a t-shirt stand out/look cute. I definitely do not want iron-on transfers. I would need these by August 15th or so. Let me know what you can do.
