Looking for 1 to 2 people to be the outsourced customer service department for our publishing company. Would be responsible for taking publisher's notes and converting them into professional English grammatically correct sentences and paragraphs for use in client reports. Also responsible for interacting with authors via phone and email regularly. Must be able to write business letters in grammatically correct American English. Must be able to speak clearly and listen for client's concerns so that they may be addressed. If selected, you will have to abide by the company's policy and procedures manual and will be asked to sign a confidentiality agreement. Fixed rate listed is monthly.
