Unique tableless css website design

I am a php developer and need someone with STRONG CSS skill to design a website. I have worked on this project for more than a year so it must be done right and unique. I do give details to get the pages done so the winning candidate must be comfortable with english. The web pages must be seo friendly and work with major browsers. There is no database or programming involved, I handle all that. I keep graphics to a minimum so it should be very easy project for someone with STRONG CSS experience. this is a dynamic website and I am using ajax, the winning candidate should be able to improved pages layout(css) which uses ajax. I will provide the code and expect the winning candidate to improve the layout. Much of the work is done in 8 pages, the other pages are very simple pages. I like icons so some nice looking icons would be nice. If you do a good job, you will handle future upgrade which will be often.
