Language requirement: C# 2.0 / 3.5 Libraries: WIA 1.0, WIA 2.0, iTextSharp, any opensource library that is useful to the worker This program is a simple scanning application. I need it to use Windows Image Acquisition (WIA) 1.0 if the host OS is Windows XP or earlier, or use WIA 2.0 if the host OS is Vista or higher. The application must scan in all pages in the scanner's ADF (auto document feeder). Once all of the pages have been scanned in and the program detects the ADF is empty, it must convert the scanned pages to a multi-page TIFF file or Adobe PDF document using the iTextSharp library. Here is how the application should flow: 1. Scanner Configuration a. List available scanners b. Allow user to pick scanner c. Allow user to configure scanning preferences d. After all selections have been made, save all configuration options to "scanner_config.xml" 2. iTextSharp Configuration a. Allow the use to adjust the quality settings of the PDF conversion (the form should be pre-populated with recommended settings) b. After all selections have been made, save all configuration options to "itextsharp_config.xml" 3. TIFF Configuration a. Allow the user to adjust the quality settings of the TIFF image generation b. After all selections have been made, save all configuration options to "tiff_config.xml" 4. Scan Buttons a. Scan to PDF b. Scan to TIFF 5. Scan Process a. Scan in all pages from the scanner's ADF (auto document feeder) to memory using all options specified in "scanner_config.xml" b. As each page is scanned, a "total pages scanned" count should be displayed and increased c. Once the program detects that the scanner's ADF is empty, convert the raw image data to the selected format d. As the conversion is being done, a progress bar should be displayed to show the user that page X of Y is being converted e. After the conversion is complete, display a Save File dialog box
