I need an applicationbuilt in C# or C++. The application should run as a windows service, and have a configurable interface with the following options. List of Ping servers which can be edited while the program is running. List of URLs to ping via RPC service which can be edited while program is running. A numbered drop down to select how many random ping servers the URL is sent to A numbered drop down to select the interval in minutes of how often pings should be sent. A numbered drop down on how many random ping servers to use The program should pull the selected number of random URLs from the list, and send to the configured number of random ping servers at the predetermined intervals. Once a URL is pinged it should be removed from the URL list, if the list reaches 0 URLs a pop up message should be displayed Clean code without memory leaks is needed as this application will be running 24 hours a day.
