I am looking for someone who can create a executable in perl with the following requirements :- 1. Customizable configuration file where user can specify the input and output file names with directories 2. There are 3 tasks to compare i) Compare the Header and the footer of the file. ii) Compare the Header if exists in both files. iii) Compare the Footer if exists in both files. iv) Compare if both files have a blank record at the end. 3. It should send an email to 3 users which can be specified in the config file. 4. It should write the new log file whenever the executable is run and delete the old file if exists. I need someone who can be online with me during this project as i have to deliver this in 12 hours. Keywords: Perl
