Produce an handmade item - custom hair piece for wedding

I would like to have a hair piece (comb) created for my wedding day that blends with the earrings I have purchased to wear. I have a photo of the earrings that I can send and some idea of the size comb and style that I want - mostly it will need to have a vintage feel with ivory pearls and diamonds (obviously not real ones).
