1. I need two client oriented web-pages designed, which will permit online clients to enter personal information which will be linked to a SQL (express) database. The corresponding website has been constructed utilizing ASP.Net via Microsoft Visual Studio Web Developer 2010. I need to mate these two new pages with the existing project for deployment within approximately two weeks. Website back office functionality is required in order to ensure that proper permissions can be assigned with ease. I understand that MS Visual Web Developer typically performs this task and may be performed by us. However, I would be willing to consider contracting out the entire website design/build, if the price is reasonable. 2. The proposed website will allow both clients and contractors, to search a contractor database and have 5 tiers of permissions. The site will have two registration portholes, one for contractors and the other for clients, either class who may join for a fee provided they are members of one or more outside organizations which we have a relationship with. a. The initial fee, will Permit Tier1 access to the contractor database, e.g., clients & contractors may search from a special desktop/homepage, and contractors will list their professions/specialties via their own desktop/homepage. The database will list contractors according to location, genre, hours of operation, a brief description of services provided by the contractor, in addition to a 5 level rating system (Excellent – Unacceptable). b. The rating system will consist of performance evaluations submitted online via clients to the database or mailed to my company, and we (Customer Service – Tier4) will enter data in the appropriate web-fields. The final score will automatically reflect the average of the scores in the database. c. After specialized identity verification (handled separately by my company), qualifying clients and will be granted Tier2 access which in addition to contractor database search will also include discussion forums, chat rooms, and blogs? The website must be designed in such a manner that will allow an almost indefinite number of these facilities to be easily provided as membership grows, each with its’ own set of permissions for qualifying contractors/clients. d. Special web pages/desktops will need to be easily generated and assigned, which will allow Tier3 members to have access to data, relating to the members of their organizations which are our clients and the fees which their members have paid my company, this accounting data must be updated instantly for their viewing. e. The website back office software will need to have the ability to easily assign/ adjust permissions, generate accounting reports, and other reasonable queries germane to Customer Service (Tier4), f.
