Handle My Complaint is a new business that manages the complaint process on behalf of our client. Our clients delegate their complaint (and conflict resolution) to us. We handle the whole process of researching, contacting the organisation, writing letters and resolving the complaint. We ONLY charge a fee where we obtain monetary satisfaction for our clients. In addition, we also run 2-hour seminars to educate consumers about their consumer rights and how best to complain about unsatisfactory products and services. The long-term objectives of Handle My Complaint is to harmonise customer expectations (in terms of quality, durability, customer service, environmental practices, etc) with that which is offered to consumers in the marketplace by organisations and individuals. The concept is, consumers write to organisations with their feedback and the organisations will have a better understanding of what their consumers actually want.
