Create a simple application in Flash for our desktop that: 1. geo locates the computer through it's IP address 2. makes a call (api or other) to a website that provides weather forecasts 3. finds the 3 day forecast for that address 4. provides a snap shot of the 3 day weather within a box that is Width: 670px and Height: 800px. 5.
