Convert a gaming website in to a turnkey product

Hi, We have an online gaming project developed in cakephp. We want to turn the website in to an "off the shelf" or "turnkey" business product. We need someone to build an application that will allow the user to enter in his company information, paypal ID, select from a number of themes and upload his logo. Once these steps are completed the wizard/application should be request the users FTP details and upload/install the site for the user. Keywords: Other - Web Development, PHP, C++, Java
