We currently have an application that is written in three parts. The first part is a data collector that is written in java that resides on an Asterisk PBX and collects data. The collected data is written to a SQL database over the internet. The application interface is written in .NET and is hosted with the database in the cloud. We are unhappy with our current agreement and are looking for someone to understand the application and to support it. We are also wanting to make changes and enhancements.
