She’s enthusiastic about her job, but not to an irritating level. She’s also not afraid to crack jokes, be sarcastic, and talk to you on a human level (versus a Customer Service Representative level). Think of Peg Bundy from Married with Children. Alvin is around 30-45 years old; with a medium to deep voice (before inhaling helium) With the helium his voice is deep but squeaky. He is a good natured fellow, but isn’t too smart or quick.
