My sister's birthday is coming up in late September. She loves makeup and I thought it would be fun to get her a custom eyeshadow. I'm thinking a green-blue, more green than blue. It would also be cool it it had kind of that purple sheen to it. I'm flexible on the price. I'd like it to come in a little jar though a sifter jar would be best for loose powder.
