I am a buyer of cars from auctions. A local online vehicle remarketer Autotrader publishes a monthly report that tells us how often a car is searched for on their website. It also tells me how many cars were available on the market while the search was generated. Therefore, I can see how "scarce" a car is. I have this report attached for each make and model. Thi s report is issued once a month. The very first car listed would be considered the most rare car on the market that customers were searching for, and since there were not very many of these particular cars on the market.....it becomes the number one scarce vehicle. Each car goes down the line from there and is in descending order so that the very last vehicle is considered to be a vehicle that is very much plentiful on the market and not very good for me to keep as inventory and not many searches are requested for it. I need to set up an application so that I can have my data entry employees plug in each of these cars into a search query by year, make, and model. This way I can purchase vehicles from auctions according to how scarce they are in the market. So when a search query is initiated, the result should appear just the way it does on one line in this attachment. Price shows a fixed price of 99999.....but I just needed to enter an amount.
