I send out an e-mail each week via Constant Contact http://www.constantcontact.com I will write the e-mail and have the items that we are offering on special. All you have to do is 1. Create a template similar to the web page but in newsletter format. 2. Once in a while this template will change depending on the occasion - New Years, Christmas, Etc 3. Every other week you will grab the content I send you and will create the HTML newsletter and send it to me 4. I will copy paste into Constant contact and send out Actually it will be once a week or maybe more as we will have newsletters for different doctors. We have a medical equipment business and send e-mails to doctors all over the word. It will probably take about an hour and 1/2 to two hours per newsletter creation, since I will have the content written up and you will format it per the newsletter design you create.
