My daughter's 1st birthday party theme is cupcakes and I have a lot of little children coming to the party. There isn't too much out there cupcake themed that is appropriate for toddlers or younger. I thought felt, stuffed cupcakes would be perfect. I would need some neutral colors, some girl colors, and some boy colors. Maybe 3 inches high or so? I'm open to suggestions or ideas.
