fix bugs in joomla site -apache (errors, blue flame forms)

We are running a joomla website and recently had to turn on CURL for a new database, which in turn caused an error to show on all of our pages (we have no idea what the error means) Warning: Parameter 3 to botEventReport() expected to be a reference, value given in /home/ynaedu/public_html/libraries/joomla/event/dispatcher.php on line 136 The referenced line is $result[] = call_user_func_array($observer['handler'], $args); Our web provider has turned off the error message, but now we found a new problem, that is more serious. All of our blueflame forms are no longer accessible, and are not showing on our site! Help! Keywords: Web Programming, Joomla, apache
