Skilled Web Designer (html+css+javascript) (no tables)

We need a skilled web designer to redo two forms inside a website. The forms are awfully done with tables and we want them redone using div+css only. The candidate will also apply a validation script using Jquery, with a plugin of his choice. The redesign must be valid cross-browsers (ie7+, Firefox, Chrome, Safari). A good comprension of written english is also necessary so the candidate will put the phrase "i'm not a dumb writer" inside the reply he will send. Failing that the proposal will be trashed without exaplanation. See the requirements ? The CSS test is compulsory, if you know css, go test your l33t skillz.
