I am a web designer myself and have extra work on occasion. There aren't many requirements here. You either have a good sense of design or you don't. I am looking for work that is suitable for web galleries such as http://www.cssdrive.com/ I prefer working with local designers, but I don't care if you are from India, Eastern Europe, or the South Pole as long as you have a good design sense and are reliable. There is no guarantee I will be hiring anyone right away - if I can't find someone who is excellent here at GAF then I'll decline work rather than refer clients to someone who I don't feel can reflect quality work. You must be available during normal business hours PST and should be an individual or small team - no huge development farms. Please quote me for how much you would charge for a 1 page PSD design for something in complexity similar to http://www.mailchimp.com/ and how many days or weeks you would need.
