Customer Technical Support and Sales - Must be US based
Hi oDesk. A startup firm here releasing a new product this weekend and we're seeking out a sales and support team. We sell a SaaS product that is completely managed online and our customers reach us primarily through email, and phone - and we are bringing phone support in for scheduled calls. The goal is to have enough team to handle the phone, email, and online chat 24/7 efficiently. We use online tools such as Skype, Google Docs, Tender (tenderapp.com), enterprise GMail - so proficiency with those tools is a huge plus. Please at least know what they are before applying. Please use the word "happy hour" in your headline when applying - please. (Silly, but 80% of people won't...) The right candidate will have excellent communication skills, enjoy working remotely, wants to get in with a startup with opportunity to advance - generally I am looking for someone that can "handle it". Customer support is huge to us, as it should be to any company - in order to make our customers happy, you should be happy! Having access to a mobile device with email/internet (iPhone...) is also a plus, since we are looking to setup some type of "on call" situations in the future - and it just enhances communication and response time to clients you are handling.
