Upload an existing website to new server and make work

I had a friend who wanted to help me get my camping website up and running, but ran out of time and energy. It was running on a different server, and was working fine, but when she left, she zipped it, removed it from her server and gave it to me. I need someone to get it back to where it was before. The site is about camping and is based on the google map app, with a bulletin board based on phpbb, and we have an ajax chat room. I don't need anything "created" I just need it unzipped and installed and make sure it is running. Once this job is done, it will lead to more work making changes to the site.
