OVERVIEW We require quotes for the design and delivery of an online software application. This application will allow users to utilise the latest research findings in Project Planning and Management, enabling them to build better, more robust and valuable plans for their projects. DETAILS PSA Project Aid is looking to develop a working online software system/application (and associated manual). The software’s fundamental requirement is to be able to (through a question prompting to answer inputting process (similar to previously developed Your Project Path entry forms to database table repository and election) which then can either tabulate or export / link information to popular project software such as Microsoft Project, Excel, Primavera etc. The Programme Situation Analysis system will incorporate the essentials of programme to project management best practice for a whole range of physical and intellectual environments. It will be simple to use, will be able to work across cultures and borders, it will be useful at any level of any project, programme, management or research organisation. As a short overview of the system, users can create a goal file, which will then take them through the step by step, Q&A process of programme planning and value analysis. There are 5 steps: a) Situation b) Strategic c) Programme d) Project e) Activities Users can also, at any stage after step d) above, view and edit from a dashboard-type page which displays all the goal details and values/measurements We have a detailed specifications document available to cover the full specs of the application, however a Confidentiality Agreement must be signed before release of the detailed document.
