Background: I need a developer who can quickly create a very simple php-generated web page that displays information on various Twitter accounts. The information should be displayed in a simple tabular format with three columns: Twitter ID, # of Followers and # of Friends. Either in the script or in a config file, it should be easy for me to specify a list of Twitter IDs that need to be displayed on the page. They should be sorted from highest to lowest by # of followers and the page should be titled "Statistics of Twitter Accounts". Also if I click on a username, it needs to open a new window to their actual Twitter page. This is just a simple display script and needs nothing fancy, no password protection, no "next" or "previous" scrolling is required, one long page is fine. Assuming a successful software delivery, I will ant additional modifications to be made in Phase 2. I would like this script to be built and delivered to me ASAP; time is of the essence. IMPORTANT!
