Recently received a spam using our company's domain, need to know if they simply use the addressee's domain, or the possibility of widespread use of our domain to send spam. 1) analyze spam message, headers, to gsther info on who sent and why. 2) check SPF. spam shouldn;t have gotten through. doesn't gmail check against spf? is there an error in the record? 3) make recommended settings to preent spammers from using our domain. 3) ability to do the work with little further instruction.
