I am looking for someone to make a top like (one of) the ones in Lady Gaga's "Poker Face" video. I would like to spend as little as possible, but price is negotiable. It would also be nice if I could wear it after Halloween too. In the video, you only see her in that top from the shoulders up, so a lot is left to the imagination. What I am looking for is a gray sleeveless tunic made from a thin material, with sequins around the neckline in front and back. The sequined part does not need to be as detailed, or as large, as in the video. I do not want sequins down the entire front of the shirt. (I am not as picky about having sequins on the back, since I am looking into finding a wig). I will probably be wearing it with black skinny jeans and heels. I would like it to come down longer than a t-shirt and fit loosely. I can send measurements to those interested. I would really love it if you could make this from an already existing shirt- I'm just really into recycling and I'm not particularly looking for something completely sewn from scratch. (I am also looking into making the shirt myself, so I'm really interested in offers that would be cheaper or of higher quality than what I could do myself with a cheap shirt and some sequined fabric.)
