I am looking to make a database to track revenue that I generate from a multitude of various companies. I want to guarantee that I can check the revenue daily, weekly, monthly and annually as well as lifetime for each offer that I promote, affiliate company that I work with and LLC that the business is registered under. I also want a few additions - different affiliate companies are rated from 1 - 10000 based on how much money I generate from them. I also want the same for the offers. I want a way to sort the database by "highest grossing offers" and have them all listed as well as "highest grossing CPA companies" and "highest grossing LLC." Lastly, I want to be able to enter into the database when and how much I get paid per company (when they send me checks or bank wire me money) so I can have my accounting in that database as well. For the accounting I just want it to have the following info. Date, Company, Amount Total (for company) Total (for LLC) Also, I want to be able to have the search functions so I can search through the database and look at whatever I got paid on any given date as well as rate the database by "highest paying companies." I also want to be able to add in the future to the database. For example I'm thinking I want a color coding system where different offers appear in different colors depending on the conversion rate. There are possible other small editions as well that I'll think of. I hope this helps! Lastly, I want a password on the database so I can login to it!
