I am looking for a good website designer. To be considered, please send with your application the following: 1. Screenshots (or URLs) to existing websites that you have designed. Briefly explain your approach to the website design process that ensured these design projects were a success. 2. Please estimate how much time it typically takes to complete a website design. 3. Please list any questions you may have for me so I can clarify the scope of this project. This assignment will need to be completed within 10 business days; please do not apply if you are not available at this time. I am only interested in working directly with a designer who is doing the actual design. If you are a project manager or a team lead who will be delegating this project to your team, please do not apply. I plan on you delivering the PSD files and I will build out the website. If you have experience in HTML/CSS and/or Wordpress Theme Integration, this is a plus as I may want to contract you for buildout as well.
