Quick conversion of a simple original VB.net project to latest VS2010 .NET proejct

I have a VB.net project that was written in 2002 in the original VB.NET. I tried doing the automatic conversion to the latest VS2010 VB.NET, but there are about 5 different types of errors that need to be resolved. Almost all of these conversion errors are of the same few types. I am including screenshots of the errors received. For someone who knows .NET, this should take under an hour.
