Simple Resource-Sharing Website for Teachers
I am looking for an individual to set up a teacher-sharing website for teachers. Some of the basics for the site have already been developed. What is now required is for a file-sharing system to be programmed/compiled. Teachers would upload their resources, tag them and then gain download points once their resources had been downloaded. As well, the site would allow teachers to simply buy these points. Teachers can rate resources, tag them so that they would be also available under another course, unit, etc. I would like someone who has been involved in a variety of web-based systems before and who can show me portfolio examples of successful sites. Please begin by letting me know how you would begin this project (which language you would program it in) and what you could complete in the first 2 hours of working on it.
