oDesk Assistant Recruiter
Looking for an energetic, creative, reliable, and goal oriented individual to be part of our recruiting team and support us in building up and maintaining teams of technical and non-technical providers on oDesk. We need someone with sharp skills in identifying quality and professional providers with good work ethics from those that are just a waste of time and money. Responsibilities will cover but not limited to the following: - write detailed job description - administer applicants - primary contact until hiring - coordinate and execute interviews/tests for the applicants - check references (did the people really perform the work they claim they did) - negotiate competitive rates - invite suitable candidates and continuously look for people with specific skill set. - check time commitments/hours worked - schedule, execute, and evaluate regular interviews with the hired people to keep them happy and maximally productive. Please only apply with description of previous experiences in HR or related fields. Applicants with Business Development background is a plus.
