NOTE: you may also post in classifieds FOR ANY CITY IN THE WORLD that are (at least in part) English speaking. As I am promoting an online service that is in English. The classifieds sites must have Alexa Traffic Rank of 500,000 or better. You will need to provide a basic report of weekly posting activity with links to ads.
