Please take a look at this site http://tinyurl.com/yh79uh6 when You roll over the menu, You get a nice fade in effect ,and the icon turns to color. I need this same exact effect, made in Jquery. Also , on the right hand side of the page, there is a video link, when You click on that video link, The page contracts to the right. I need that same exact effect as well. Please be able to do these two things from scratch. I will be available on skype to discuss the project with You,and work out the progress.
