About us: we are a service based (monthly fees charged to customers) online merchant. We are looking to provide high speed internet services to our local region. What we need: We will allow customers to pay their monthly bills online. We need help identifying a competitive merchant account provider for us to accept/process credit card payment. What we are looking for in a merchant account: - Ability to accept all major credit cards: VISA, Mastercard, American Express, Discover - Ability to fully customize the payment gateway - we do not want a service where we have to go to the merchant account website to allow customers to pay (the solution you provide must be able to be fully integrated into our website) - Low fees (per transaction, per month, etc.) - We expect to have only a few transactions a month when we start (between 10-20), however we would like a service that is competitively scalable. Our hope is that if all goes well, we will have 1,500+ paying customers within a twelve month period.
