hi Guys I need someone to fix my word press blog. At the moment when i trie to upload a plugin it says it can't upload it, because it can't find the public html. this is what my webguy has said about it when he tried to fix it... At the moment it looks like your Wordpress tries to FTP updates rather than allowing Wordpress to do it directly. It could be due to what type of hosting plan you have. In any event, I have been unable to determine the cause of the issue so its time to call on someone with more experience. When posting the job, state that whenever you try to do any kind of update in Wordpress (be it a Wordpress update or plugin) you get the error you stated in your post above. Also state that Wordpress attempts to install updates through the FTP utility rather than directly. I think if someone can solve that problem then everything else will take of itself.
