Candidate Web Site
Please look at the ppt files, I've made a dummy design so you can view what I need. In summary, is a site that will post the candidates resume and will have a section of questions and answers as a debate. Please consider the following: 1.Make all the options as configurable as possible. I mean that I can add, delete, as much as possible. 2.Use Joomla 3.I will only pay through Scriptlance 4.I will escrow 100% but will not release it until the project is finished 5. I need the site in no more than 8 days. 6. You should not assume anything, please ask if you have doubt. 7. I'll need a logo too. 8. I'll send the programmer an excel file with Provinces and Counties. You will find 2 ppt files. The only difference between them is that the 2nd one has an explanation of the features.
