Hi bidders, We are a LLC with many clients from USA and other countries. We are planning to outsource part of our work to freelancers on pay-per-project basis. We are looking for experienced, energetic developers who are willing to work in a dedicated manner. We are ready to pay bonus as per performance. Kindly note this is NOT a full time job. We will select few programmers and work on multiple projects. Payments will be made on project basis. If your performance is good, we will assign more projects in the coming months. Important conditions: - We require NDA to be signed for each project you work with us. - Payments will be escrowed on milestones (but not released until full completion). - Updated work files should be uploaded to our server every day. - An update email with tasks completed, queries and discussion needs to be sent every day. - Type the word 'hire77' in the first line of your bid to ensure that you have read these conditions. - Good communication skills is a must. - Team work is essential as you may be working along with few other freelancers and/or our staff. - Need to communicate via email, skype, IMs and phone. PHP / MySQL developer - Experienced in PHP, MySQL - Custom development and framework experience (preferably Cake PHP, CodeIgniter and Zend) - Strong OOP concepts - Safe and secure coding - Coding standards like naming conventions, commenting and easily extendable code. 2. JS / AJAX developer - Experienced in JS, AJAX - Exp in JQuery 3. HTML / CSS developer - Exp in HTML / CSS standards - W3C compliance - Compatibility for latest browsers Project requirements : Our first project would be a small one, with a budget $500 and maximum time duration 50 days.
