USA (California) Scanning Services Budget 200000 USD
We are California; USA based organization looking for qualified and experienced service provider for Scanning Services. [A] Scope of Service: 1) This request for bid is to establish a contract to furnish all necessary labor, materials, supplies, and equipment for digital reprographics (i.e. scanning, xerography and digital printing) reproduction services. 2) Contractor needs to provide photographic and non-photographic reproduction services. 3) Contractor needs to provide regularly scheduled pickups and deliveries. 4) Contract will be for a period of 1 year. 5) The anticipated start date for an awarded contract is October 1, 2010. [B] Work Performance: Performance of the work will be Offsite and Onshore. Vendor needs to carry work in their office premises. Service providers may have to visit our premises for meetings or briefings. [C] Budget: 200000 USD Interested service providers are requested to submit proposals till September 16, 2010.
