Produce an handmade item - Peter pan collar dress
Hi! I absolutely love peter pan collars, they make me think of cute little ghost girls prancing around :) Apparently though, finding a plain one is simply impossible. They all have bows, buttons, pockets and flashing Christmas lights added to them. I'd love it if one of you talented etsy sellers could work with me to make a custom dress like this! It'd have to be plain black with a white collar, mid-thigh length and short sleeved. While there wouldn't be any cleavage showing, I wouldn't want the collar to be strangling me either! I'm a medium size and 168 cm tall (5'3). Let me know what you think. Unfortunately, money is a limit here, but price could be negotiated if I've underestimated how expensive this dress would be.
