Operations Support Coordinator
We are a US based non-medical homecare franchise. We are currently looking for a team of off-shore based assistants to help us with a variety of tasks including but not limited to: - Calling our employees the night before their shift to confirm they know their schedule. - Calling our employees two hours prior to their shift to confirm they are on the way to their assignment. - Calling job applicants and asking prescreening questions and scheduling first interviews - sending confirmation emails to applicants invited in for first interview. - setting up Call-Em-All mass calls to applicants the day prior to their interviews. - Calling references and verifying work experience. posting job ads on craigslist. - emailing CNA training schools and outlining jobs we have available. - Sending daily emails confirming schedule with our partner facilities. - Calling caregivers and current clients and conducting satisfaction surveys. - Calling caregivers and letting them know their paperwork needs to be updated.
